Basil Gimlet
  • 8 fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 1/2oz Denali Spirit’s Gin
  • 1 lime, fresh squeezed
  • 1 1/2 tsp simple syrup

In cocktail shaker, gently muddle basil leaves.  Add lime juice, simple syrup and gin.  Fill with ice and shake until chilled.  Pour through fine mesh strainer into glass.  Garnish with Basil leaf.

  • 2oz Denali Spirit’s Gin
  • 1/2oz maraschino liquer
  • 1/2oz crème de violette
  • 3/4oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Garnish: Luxardo Cherry

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.  Strain into glass. Garnish with cherry
